First of all, we get together and chat about what *your* health and fitness goals actually are.
No two individuals have the exact same goals - and we all certainly have different challenges that we must consider during our journey to reach those goals!
We'll talk about those challenges and work through them along the way.

Once we have laid out YOUR custom plan, I check in with YOU on a regular basis to analyze how it is going.  We can always adjust our approach as we go.  I am here to support you on your journey to SUCCESS!

    1. The 5-day challenge is traditionally done in a "secret" facebook group where we work on one nutritional aspect at a time. The challenge begins the first Monday of each month. Once you email me, I can send you the link for your group, and we can get started!
